Where do answers and solutions come from?

I remember the time when I was young and at school. Teachers always tought us to think about problems and to think in order to find solutions. Especially in math and physics. The only school subject I remember where we were not constantly asked to think about something was arts. I am sure today it's not much different. People are told to think about problems in order to find a solution. And that's what we all are doing.

But at school during an exam or when I did my homework I noticed a strange phenomenon. For example I tried to solve a complicate mathematical problem. And what I did was concentrating on it and thinking about it as intensively as possible for a long time. But after a while I was somehow exhausted and stopped it, relaxing and sitting back. Then bang!, suddenly the solution was there! I did nothing, it just happened when I stopped thinking, stopped doing something.

This happened often but I didn't give it enough attention. Today I know that this is just normal, the natural way. It is unnecessary to think about a situation in order to find a solution. What is necessary is to open yourself and "be" with the so-called problem. This is similar to the opening you experience when you are at a very beautiful place with wild nature. There the opening happens automatically due to the beauty and nice energies. This is something which comes more from the heart than from the brain. The solution to a problem comes to you by itself if you are silent and open :-). A yoga teacher once told me that problem and solution are two sides of the same coin. Thinking is like a barrier because the mind is occupied and has no space left for the solution to enter.

What if this opening reveals everything, even things like access data of computers?

It's all about consciousness.
